Introduction:
This Privacy Policy is to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is intended to describe to you (the customer) how and what data we collect, and how and why we use your personal data. It also describes options we provide for you to access, update or otherwise take control of your personal data.
Virtually3 care about your privacy and for that reason we only collect data such as:

· Telephone number
· Date of birth
· Email address
· Other data collected that could directly or indirectly identify you relating to your business (this would include things such as payment information and business accounts etc)
Why do we collect your information?
We collect information in order to complete your service and experience with us. Your information helps us to get into contact with you, deliver the required service and to bill you at the end of that service.
How is your data collected?
All customer data is collected via application/enquiry forms, emails or via telephone by one of our administrators. This information is kept on our database for the sole purpose of offering you a service.
How do we use personal information?
· Providing goods and services
· Personalisation of content and business information
· Account set up and administration
· Delivering marketing and events communication
· Social media account management
· Development purposes
· Legal obligations (prevention of fraud)
How long is the data held for?
Customer data is kept on our database for up to three months after the completed service and then permanently deleted from both the database and external drive (for more information on the external drive please refer to the 'How we secure your data section'). Your data is only kept for a further three months after the completed service for cases where you (the customer) or your company (the business) may require our services again.
When do we share personal data?
Your data would never be shared with anyone external or any third party companies. Your data would only be shared with the Data controller, Administrators and the Police in cases of fraud or money laundering matters.
How do we secure personal data?
All personal data is stored on an external drive for the sole purpose of:
· Protecting data against accidental loss
· Preventing unauthorised access, use and destruction
· Ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery
· Conducting privacy in accordance with the law and your business policies
· Training staff on data security
